MDF Waste Board / Plate
- Mount the plate, there should be 5 screws, 1 in each corner and 1 in the center.
- Use double-sided tape to secure your material to the MDF plate
- Burnish down the tape
- Push down FIRMLY

- 2″ x 8″

- Attach sideways to the Nomad using the button head screws
Usage
- Move inner moving jaw against the material, THEN lock in the outer moving jaw
- Tighten the 2 vertical screws in the outer jaws, then lock piece in w/ the horizontal/angled screws
Corner Jig
- Has consistent right-angle reference at one corner
Threaded Table
- ~0.5″ thick
- ~50 M6x1 threaded holes
- Attach to the Nomad w/ 5 M6 screws
- Intended for greater flexibility in work-holding options
- Ex/ The Tiger-Claw clamps can be mounted into this plate
Flip Jig
- “allows you to cut both sides of a part while maintaining perfect alignment”
- can hold material < 3″ x 5″ x 1.2″
- Useful for two-sided machining
- Mounts to the corners on the MDF plate
