Who This Is For

Best suited for students who already know their way around the machine, intermediate beginner level, the tie is essentially self-made bias tape, which means precise cutting and a lot of pressing, plus interfacing installation.

What’s Provided / What to Bring

• Provided: denhac’s fabric stock is available to use for this class
• Bring: Optional — a non-stretch, tightly woven fabric (like cotton poplin) works best so the web stitching stays crisp; pick a fabric/thread combo with enough contrast that the web pattern is visible. If you want a spider embellishment, bring one of your own (a plastic ring spider, a bead-and-pipe-cleaner spider, or a spider brooch) — denhac won’t have these on hand.
