Please join your fellow members and Board of Directors to discuss the happenings of denhac, where you will hear directly from the Board on the issues listed below, and engage in a Q&A session. Come in and speak with others and get engaged in the things that matter most to people at denhac! We will also be providing refreshments for those attending in person.
Final agenda is yet to be determined, but below are some of the topics that have been proposed so far. Please join #board-and-members on Slack if you wish to be involved in this discussion. Final agenda will be sent out Wednesday, October 28.

From the Board:
-What does it take to run the space
-How can we make bans more transparent
-How can we eliminate variability between boards for similar offenses
From Members:
-What is the board’s responsibility to engage membership for things such as bylaw changes, both legally and culturally?
-How is the membership expected to give tough feedback in ways that don’t put the board in a defensive position?
-How will some of the potential upcoming things such as paid classes and volunteers or raising membership dues affect the culture of the space. (very explicitly not in a “we should avoid doing X because the culture will change” but aiming to understand what might change)
