DESCRIPTION:We are initiating a formal effort to improve our shared space! 
 We're focusing on organization\, floorplan flow\, and upgrading our member
  storage system.\nAs many of you may know\, we have some projects already 
 in motion\, including planned upgrades scheduled for April 25th. Our goal 
 for this meeting is to begin building out an actionable plan and budget fo
 r our new member storage.\nWith the next board budget proposal deadline on
  May 4th\, this is our window to solidify these plans into a concrete prop
 osal.\n\nAgenda\n\n 	Lava→Fish Shelf Project: Finalizing execution detai
 ls for the work currently in motion.\n 	Member Storage: Turning long-stand
 ing ideas into a formal plan for new shelving.\n 	Budgeting: Outlining cos
 ts to ensure we are ready for the May 4th board submission.\n 	Volunteer C
 oordination: Identifying project leads and establishing a build schedule.\
 n 	Future Planning: Brainstorm ideas for the next meeting (chairs\, tables
 \, drawers\, boxes\, layouts)\n\nWe'll have a Google Meet session open for
  remote attendance.\nOtherwise\, we want this to be a space-wide effort\, 
 so your input is vital even if you cannot attend. Please join the #help-st
