DESCRIPTION:This talk delivers a practical overview of how quantum computin
 g threatens modern cryptography and what security teams should be doing to
 day to prepare. It briefly covers how current symmetric and asymmetric enc
 ryption works\, then explains how quantum algorithms like Shor’s and Gro
 ver’s undermine RSA\, ECC\, and weaken commonly used symmetric schemes. 
 The session examines real-world risks such as Harvest Now\, Decrypt Later 
 and Trust Now\, Forge Later\, helping attendees understand which systems a
 nd data are most at risk based on longevity and impact. It also introduces
  NIST’s post-quantum standards and their implications for PKI\, TLS\, an
